The problem

Why companies move their website into their own tenant

Most websites that come to us have been running with an agency for years. That was a sensible choice: the agency knows TYPO3, the extensions and your content. What often grew along with it is the place the website runs. The server sits with the agency's hosting provider, only the agency has access, and nobody quite knows what the backups look like.

As long as everything works, nobody notices. It shows when an audit asks who has access to the live system, when you want to change agencies, or when a backup has to be restored.

Three questions to check your current website:

We take over the platform, not the website. TYPO3 updates, extensions and changes to the site stay with your agency. It simply works on a test system in your tenant instead of the live system.

We work according to the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, the recognized industry standard for cloud infrastructure. Everything is documented as Infrastructure as Code. Any competent developer can take over, continue, or extend it at any time. No hidden dependencies, anywhere.

Pricing

What ATLAS costs

Moving your website to Azure costs between EUR 5,000 and EUR 25,000 one-off. Where you land in that range depends on the size and condition of the website and on how your agency has worked so far: is there a repository, a pipeline, documentation? We give you a fixed price after the assessment.

After that, operation costs EUR 1,500 per website per month. The platform's Azure costs run through your tenant and are not included.

  • Operation of the platform in your Azure tenant, fully as infrastructure as code
  • Test system where editors and your agency work. Publishing is triggered from the TYPO3 backend, and a pipeline takes the change live

TYPO3 and extension updates, and changes to content and code. Your agency keeps doing those.

Terms

Monthly term, cancellable monthly. Servers, code and backups stay in your tenant, even after you cancel. All prices plus VAT.
